Great question! I got asked a lot… What does an international pet sitter do during a travel lockdown? Luckily I was able to continue petsitting AND like you I took the time to do the things that had been put off for too long. It was good to sit still for a while, but I definitely have itchy feet for travel again.

Glad to hear your taking care of yourself during this time!! I actually have a fun suggestion for you – have you looked into any virtual tours? Airbnb is offering a ton of cool online experiences that you can do right from your couch….I signed up for like 10 lol….I’m meditating with a monk in Japan, learning salsa with a grandma in Mexico, learning about living thru Apartheid with a black man in Cape Town, etc.

That’s very true, the best thing that we can all do is just to stay inside. Hahahahah I feel the same when I comment on yours! It’s always page after page of Spanish comments, and then just me at the bottom :’)

I’m glad that you’re staying safe. I’m eating / making way too much food but there’s not much else to do, particularly with my limited mobility. I better not come out of this thing 20 lbs heavier!

¡¡Hola Amy!! Me alegra saber que te hayas tomado bien en serio esta cuarentena, y más con tu enfermedad autoinmune, pero aunque estuvieras sana, también, pues las personas asintomáticas, son las que más contagian de todas, así que lo mejor que podemos hacer todos es estar en casa. También me alegra saber que estás con tu pareja, la cuarentena se hace más llevadera así, con alguien querido al lado.
También me he preguntado qué hacían los influencer en las que sus fotos sólo eran de exteriores, como las de viaje o moda, pero sé que tu no tienes la cabeza hueca y sabes reinventar en este mundo blogger. Lo mío es más fácil, sólo es cocinar y eso se hace normalmente, aunque tengo problemas con algunos ingredientes.
Por cierto, me doy cuenta de que soy la única que te comenta en otro idioma, todo el mundo sabe inglés, pero el buen español, habla fatal cualquier otro idioma, ja, ja. Menos mal que el traductor de google no es malo traduciendo, por lo menos el inglés. Besitos y cuídate mucho.
