I love that you were so open about it. I think the stigma is going away and more people especially in groups are opening up more about treatments and struggle with the disease. It truly is hard to navigate especially with your body changing with each symptom. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s when I was 17 and I am 32 now. And even to this day, I find it challenging to navigate especially when it comes to different treatment options to the possibility of surgery.
