I disgree about swizerland. Sure they have some good chocolate, but when it comes ti drinking hot chocolate in a café they serve you hot Milk with a package of powdered low quality too sugary chocolate on the side. If you like if creamy and thick, Italy s goût the best. However ine of my favourite is at shouka in Chamonix Mont-Blanc blanc where they also have the best chocolate fondant cake I ever found on this planet in the last 50 years
