It’s amazing how much is packed into her and just how much there is to learn from it. It’s shocking to think of the impact humans are having on elephants to the extent that they are changing to be born with smaller tusks because of the ivory trade. How awful and just think how long it’s been going on to force this change on them. I had to smile about the story of Lawrence and Nana and how the elephants celebrated when he bought his child to them. I love stories like that because although we have a hugely negative impact on animals and the environment, it’s lovely to see the positive stories of snimal and human interaction too.

But this is not my usual type of reading, but I am definitely interested to learn more.
Here in Portugal we are quarantined and we don’t have many positive cases, thanks God!! The important thing is to keep your sanity, which is sometimes not easy. I hope everything is fine with you too !!
