If you’re looking for caffeine then I recommend a cup of matcha! It’s a type of powdered green tea which typically contains between 40-70mg of caffeine. Coffee averages at around 90mg per cup, so it’ll still give you that energy boost – whilst also being full of good stuff like L-theanine 🙂
