I did manage to visit Quito but due to a lack of time never made it to the mountains. Hopefully one day I can visit Punanti.

Sometimes I see blog posts of people staying in scary looking places in the mountains lol but this one it so pretty. I love how you spent most evenings outside with tea, sounds like a perfect way to end any day. And the food – how perfect to help you recover from city life.
